Startup Application Instructions for the InvestEU Portal epitch powered by EuroQuity - Bpifrance

How is the organization of the event?

1. Only five companies will be contacted by end of January
2. EuroQuity will schedule a dry run session. The purpose of this call is to share our feedback and explain how the session will take place.
3. D-Day: The online event will take place on February 21st at 2 pm CET. Each company will have 5 min to pitch in front of investors.

How can you participate ?
If you wish to be selected to the InvestEU Portal epitch - Energy solutions, taking place online on February 21, please submit your investment project on the InvestEU Portal by January 16, 2023, following the instructions below:

1. Open the link: https://ec.europa.eu/investeu-portal/myportal/event/EUROQUITY_ENERGY_23   and enter your EU Login details. If you do not have an EU Login, please create one on the same page.
2. After logging in, please complete all 3 parts of the application form (profile – organization – project). You can submit more than one project per organization/company. Your organization may be based in any country, however, your project must be based in the European Union.
3. On the second part of the application form (organization), upload documents establishing the company’s legal entity (e.g. registration extract) and any other relevant documents (e.g. recent audited financial statements, activity reports) detailing the activity of the company.
4. For the application to the event to be correctly submitted, all required fields in the 3 sections must be completed. Please note that only complete submissions will be considered valid. You will know that your application is complete once you receive an email confirmation indicating your unique reference number. Quote this reference number in all future communications with the InvestEU Portal team
5. After submitting your application, you will be contacted by the InvestEU Portal and EuroQuity team and notified if you have been selected to participate at the InvestEU Portal epitch powered by EuroQuity - Bpifrance.

Note: If you already have an existing profile on the InvestEU Portal and would like to apply to this event, please simply click on the application link while being logged into your profile on the platform. There are no further steps necessary for the application to be submitted in this case.
