USA - Cleantech/Ocean Energy – Offshore Power and Data using Ocean Wave Energy

Spin-off from UC Berkeley and Cyclotron Road (LBNL) in 2016,  we have developed a wave energy converter and data platform technology, which operates fully submerged in the ocean to produce reliable and clean electricity. The solution is enabled by a revolutionary approach to shut the device down in storm conditions.
Our pilot unit is currently being manufactured to be tested offshore in San Diego, California next spring 2021 and anchors have been installed in fall 2020.
The startup is planning to start series production and expansion with pilot customers in mid 2020 including an eco-resort in French Polynesia.

We recover food from supermarkets and produce upcycled liquid fertilizers and dried pet food ingredients. We have 5 existing patents and 4 patents pending. In the US alone, there is more than 3 million tons/year of recoverable food from supermarkets. The global pet food market is US96 billion.
Given the high level of interest in sustainability, and in plant-based foods, we expect substantial and growing demand for our products.
Our technology is basic infrastructure and should be established in every major metropolitan market in the US, Europe, and elsewhere around the globe.
